Who we are
Manny is cold-call practice software for sales teams. Your company sets up its workspace and invites you. Questions about anything here: connorchuang32@gmail.com.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email address and, if you add one, a photo. Signing in with Google or Microsoft shares your name, email and profile picture — nothing else from those accounts.
- Your company and teams, and your role in them.
- Your practice calls: the audio, the transcript, and the score with the lines that earned it.
- Usage: when you called, for how long, and what it cost your company, so caps and limits work.
Who sees it
- Off the record: only you see a private round. Your managers see that you practiced — never the audio, transcript or score.
- On the record: your company’s managers and admins can review the round. Teammates see your name, photo and standing on the team boards, never your rounds.
- Nobody outside your company sees your rounds. We don’t sell data or show ads.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Inworld and OpenAI (the voice on a call), Anthropic (scoring), Cloudflare (call connectivity) and Google (email). They process data only to run Manny.
How long we keep it, and removing it
Rounds stay until you or your company remove them; discarding a round deletes its audio and transcript. To delete your account and everything in it, email us from the address you sign in with. Your company’s admins can also remove your access.
